In memory of Levi Callus Chokie, beloved son of Ken and Tammy Chokie of Kingman. Levi was born on Feb. 5, 1982, in Grand Junction, Colo., and died on Friday, June 4, 2010, in Gilbert, Ariz. Levi blessed and enriched our lives for a brief 28 years.

Levi graduated from Kingman High School in 2001. He worked for Cracker Barrel while in High School and attended Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff. He then transferred to Arizona State University and worked for Red Lobster in Gilbert.

Levi is survived by his parents, two brothers, two sisters, his paternal grandmother, and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

The service will be held at 4 p.m. on Saturday, June 12, at the First Pentecostal Church of God at 4087 N. Eagle in Kingman.
