Sandra L. (Sandy) Osborne, 59, of Prescott, Ariz., born in Modesto, Calif., passed away on Aug. 30, 2007, at Hospice Family Care in Prescott.

A private cremation will take place at the Brandhaw Crematory in Prescott Valley, Ariz.

Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home assisted the family with final arrangements.
