Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona April 23, 1981 Helen McDermott, 73, died in St. Joseph Hospital on Friday, Apr. 17. A 30 year resident of Arizona, she had lived in Wickenburg for the last several years where she was very active with senior citizens’ group in Wise Owl. Survivors include two daughters, Margot Balczewski, Wis., and Kathleen McIntosh, Phoenix; two sons, Arthur McDermott, Pa., and Lon McDermott Ak.; one sister, Mrs. Francis Lamb, Ca.; 28 grandchildren, and five great grandchildren. Services were held on Tuesday, Apr. 21 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Phoenix.
