SHERSETH, Rita Margaret

Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, Arizona Published Wednesday, December 2, 2009 Rita Margaret Sherseth, of Lake Havasu City, passed away Thanksgiving morning Nov. 26, 2009, in Lake Havasu City. She was born on May 11, 1924, in Scobey, Mont., to Seraphin and Delia (Audet) LaPierre. She was fond of animals and birds, was talented in sewing, painting, and woodworking and loved to play cards. Rita is survived by her husband, Eugene Sherseth, of Lake Havasu City; son, Lee Sherseth, of Carrollton, Ga.; granddaughters, Andrea Rimer, of Atlanta, Ga., and Amy Crisp, of Acworth, Ga.; grandson, Kyle Sherseth, of Carrollton, Ga.; and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and her two brothers, Roger LaPierre and Raymond LaPierre. No services are planned at her wishes and donations may be made in her name to the New Hope Hospice, 500 N.
