REIDHEAD, Monty Wayne

The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ 10/07/2005 Monty Wayne Reidhead died unexpectedly at his Mesa home Oct. 2, 2005. Monty was born June 7, 1966 to the late Lee Wayne (Pete) Reidhead and Carolyn Rhoton Reidhead. He was raised in Taylor and Pinetop, graduating from Blue Ridge High in 1984. Monty worked in real estate for over a decade, first as a salesman in the Phoenix Metro area, then as a developer throughout the White Mountains. Monty's professionalism and personal ethics won the friendship and respect of his clients and colleagues. He was an avid drummer, and loved exploring Arizona's pine country. Most of all, Monty loved being a husband and father. Monty is survived by his wife, Shanna, daughter Ashlyn, and son Riese Doyle. He also leaves behind his mother, Carolyn Reidhead, brothers Kelly and Brandon Reidhead, and sister Amber Lopez. A viewing will be held from 6-8 p.m. Friday evening Oct. 7 at Owens Mortuary in Show Low. Services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 8 at the Pinetop-Lakeside Stake Center of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Burial will be held at Lakeside Cemetery.
