LINDSAY, Clara Lee


The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ 10/28/2005 Clara Lee Lindsay, 49, died Saturday, Oct. 22, 2005 at the RTA Hospice and Palliative Care Center in Lakeside. She was born in Kansas City, Missouri. After completing high School she entered the U.S. Army, after which she came to Arizona and has lived in Woodruff for the past several years. Clara worked as a waitress in Holbrook for a time and got to know and became friends with many people. Though her life was relatively short, she lived it her way; she will be missed by her mother and 11 siblings, and all who came to know her. Clara is survived by her mother, Joyce Lindsay of Kansas City, MO; five brothers, Phillip Lindsay of Pleasonton, Kan., Daniel Lindsay of Green Valley, Mo., David Lindsay of Raytown, Mo., Mark Lindsay of Overland Park, Kan. and Michael Lindsay of Liberty, Mo.; six sisters, Kaylene Brinton of Kansas City, Mo., Kathy Jaster of Kansas City, Kan., Karen Randall of Kansas City, Kan., Kristine Lynce of North Kansas City, Mo., Carol Mulhollan of Blue Springs, Mo. and Kay Meinking of Liberty, Mo. Private family services will be held at a later date in Missouri. Owens Mortuary of Show Low handled the arrangements.
