Darlene Kay Bouchier died Nov. 11, 2005. She was 58 years old.
Darlene was born in California and moved to Arizona when she was just two weeks old. She grew up in Cashion and graduated from Tolleson High School. She was always involved in student government and cheerleading.
She later attended Phoenix College of Nursing, and spent most of her professional life at Phoenix General Hospital and Paradise Valley Hospital. She and her husband, Dr. Jack Bouchier, moved to Show Low in 1996 where she continued in her career at Navapache Regional Medical Center, retiring in 2004.
Darlene married Dr. Jack Bouchier in 1983 and together raised three children. Darlene enjoyed cooking, reading, and all kinds of crafts. She and Dr. Bouchier together enjoyed hiking.
Darlene is survived by her husband of 23 years, Dr. Jack Bouchier; one son, Eric and his wife Denise, of Peoria ; two daughters, Kristin (Michael), of Anthem, and Nicole (Michael) of Centennial, Colo., and seven grandchildren; one sister, Joy and one brother, Gary Hintz of Rainbow Valley.
