FOX, Randy Douglas


The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ 11/25/2005 Randy Douglas Fox, 48, died Saturday, Nov. 19, 2005 in Show Low. He was born in Conway, Arkansas. While in the U.S. Air force Randy was stationed in Bossier, Louisiana at Barksdale Air Force base and was later transferred to Luke Air force Base in Arizona. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing, and recreational shooting, as he was an expert sharp shooter. He also had a knife collection. Randy was a good-hearted man and giving of others. He was very loving with his family. Randy is survived by his wife, Sammie Fox of Heber; mother, Frances Fox of Heber; sister, Sandi (Tony) Norton of Phoenix; two nieces, Amber Lane and Abbi Norton; one nephew, Zach Lane; two step-children, Nick Gilmore of Lemoore, California and Jymi Russell of Glendale; 11 grandchildren and two dogs, Jebba and Little Bit. He was preceded in death by his father, Harold Fox, in 1999 and his brother, Tony Ray Fox in 1994. Private services will be held. Owens Mortuary of Show Low handled the arrangements.
