The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ 12/16/2005 Sarah DeHose, entered into rest Dec. 10, 2005 in Whiteriver. Sarah was born May 7, 1927 in Cibecue. Sarah is survived by her daughter, Lynette Henry; a son, Clifford DeHose; brothers Burt Hinton, Van Hinton, Bobby Hinton, Dee Hinton; sisters Myra Cosay, Roberta Classay and Thelma Colelay; grandmother, Sarah Boni; daughters-in-law Norma DeHose, Judy DeHose; brothers-in-law Levi DeHose, Jonas DeHose; sisters-in-law Marie Gregg, Rena Gregg; 14 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren; and other relatives from the Hinton family, DeHose family, plus many more. Sarah was preceded in death by husband, Francis DeHose; sons Dell DeHose, Virgil DeHose; brothers Alex Hinton and Virgil Hinton. Sarah's body will be brought back to her residence in Cibecue for a two-night wake Thursday, Dec. 15 at 10 a.m. A celebration of her life will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 17 at the Cottonwood gym in Cibecue with Gary Lupe officiating. Interment will be at the family plot in lower Cibecue. Silver Creek Chapel Mortuary of Whiteriver handled the arrangements.
