Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, Arizona Published Tuesday, October 27, 2009 Pauline F. Campbell, 82, passed away Sunday, Oct. 25, 2009, in Lake Havasu City at home with her loving family by her side. She was born on Aug. 16, 1927, in Okmulgee, Okla., to Charles A. Foster and Pearl Foster. Pauline moved to Lake Havasu City more than 14 years ago from Lancaster, Calif. She met the love of her life, Raymond I. Campbell, and they were married May 1, 1947, in Yuma. They lived in Ontario, Calif., where they had two beautiful children and later moved to the Antelope Valley, where she worked as a cosmetician. Pauline enjoyed attending her monthly luncheons with the Christian Women's and Western Welcome organizations, where she made many good friends. Pauline loved and cared for her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren with all of her heart. She was a beautiful, loving and caring person, and loved nothing more than to spend time with her family. No one could ask for a better mother, grandmother and best friend, she will be greatly missed by her family and by all who knew her. Pauline is survived by her daughter, Linda Giesen and husband Chris, of Lake Havasu City; and her son, Raymond Campbell and his wife, Marie, of Texas; grandchildren, Marcie Lyon (Norm), of Lake Havasu City, Debbra Long (Rick), of Reno, Nev., Chris Giesen (Heidi), of Green Valley, Calif., and three additional grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren; her favorite niece, Karen Brothers (Ken), of Oklahoma; and nephew, John D. Campbell (Cathy), of whom she loved very much; along with her brother-in-law, Leonard and wife, Jo Campbell. She was preceded in death by her husband of more than 60 years, Raymond l. Campbell.
