HERRICK, Dorcas (Boots)

The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ 02/07/2006 Dorcas "Boots" Herrick, 79, died at her home in Show Low Pines, near Concho, Feb. 2, 2006. She was born in Payne, Ohio, July 2, 1926. Boots, as she was lovingly known by family and friends, moved to Arizona after the death of her husband. She has lived with her daughter and family since that time. She was a loving mother and grandmother and enjoyed many different kinds of music. Her survivors are daughter Dianna (Guy) Robeson, Show Low Pines, and two grandsons, Ronnie and Bobbie Robeson. Her husband, Joseph Herrick, and two brothers, William Edward Parmeter and Floyd Elmer Parmenter, preceded her in death. Memorial services will be held in Indiana at a later date.
