Cyndi (Neil) Sondrol ended her life journey on Oct. 1, 2009. She peacefully passed away in her home in Lake Havasu City surrounded by her family.
Cyndi was born March 10, 1953, to Robert and Lou Ann Neil from Climax, Minn. She was married to Mike Sondrol on July 15, 1972. They resided in Grand Forks, N.D., from 1972 to 2001 where they raised their son, Josh. They retired in Lake Havasu City in 2001.
Cyndi enjoyed crafts, gardening, home decorating, traveling, singing, Sunday school teaching, playing Cribbage, reading, and being a hockey mom. She was a special aunt to many nephews and nieces. She will be missed by many who loved her strength and her love for life.
Cyndi is survived by her husband, Mike; son, Josh and wife Catie; granddaughter and godchild, Madilyn; beloved dog, Angel; mother, Lou Ann; mother-in-law, Eunice; four sisters; two brothers; four sisters-in-law; six brothers-in-law; and many nephews and nieces. She is preceded in death by her father, Robert and father-in-law, Marlo. Cyndi generously donated her body to medical research.
Celebration of life will be held at 6 p.m. Nov. 4 at the Climax Community Center with burial at a later date.
