Roland W. Lare, 78, of Chino Valley, Ariz., born April 17, 1929, in Swartz Creek, Mich., passed away Aug. 23, 2007, in Prescott, Ariz.

Services will be 1 to 3 pm Saturday, Sept. 22, 2007, at the American Legion in Chino Valley.

Chino Valley Funeral Home is caring for the family.
