James E. Martin, 72, of Prescott Valley, Ariz, born June 3, 1932, in Ventura, Calif., died Wednesday, Jan. 26,2005.

A celebration of James' life will be at 2 p.m. Monday, Jan. 31, at the VA Chapel at Fort Whipple, Prescott, Arizona.

Private cremation will be at Bradshaw Crematory, Prescott Valley.

Arrangements by Arizona Wakelin Bradshaw Chapel, Prescott Valley, Az.
