Arizona Daily Sun, Flagstaff, Arizona Tuesday, June 22, 2010 Jerry Ellsworth, 60, of Flagstaff, died Wednesday, June 16, 2010. Mr. Ellsworth was born Aug. 24, 1949, in Blackfoot, Idaho, to Leone and Florence (Henscheid) Ellsworth. He volunteered at St. Vincent de Paul and for the Northern Arizona Book Festival. Mr. Ellsworth is survived by his loving wife, Pat Ellsworth; daughters Clare Aslan (Austin) and Esther Ellsworth-Bowers (Tim); son Matt Ellsworth (Anne); sisters Marie Crouch and Jeanette Kotrason; brothers Ken Ellsworth and David Ellsworth; and five grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister Dorothy Hess; and brother James Ellsworth. Visitation will be Saturday, 10 a.m. to noon at Lozano's Flagstaff Mortuary, 2545 N. Fourth St. Memorial mass will be Saturday at 1 p.m. at the Holy Trinity Newman Center, 520 W. Riordan Road, followed by a lunch reception.
