Lloyd Edward Trotter, 81, of Kansas City, Mo., formerly of Carrollton, Mo., passed away on Aug. 27, 2009, at St. Luke’s Northland.
 
Graveside services will be held at Missouri Veterans Cemetery at 11 a.m., Sept. 8 in Higginsville, Mo. Full military honors will be presented.
