Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, Arizona Published Monday, September 14, 2009 Richard L. Rumage died on Aug. 17, 2009, in Lake Havasu City. A native of Detroit, Mich., Mr. Rumage moved to California in 1947 and retired to Lake Havasu City in 1990. He was active locally until his retirement from public affairs in 1996. Thereafter, he devoted his time to genealogy. He was a member of the Lake Havasu Genealogical Society. His wife Alice Gertrude Brodrick Rumage; daughter, Deborah Ann and son, David Marion, predeceased him. He is survived by nieces; Penny Rumage Blaney of Ark., Bambi Rumage Wallace, Paula Rumage Lonsberry. and nephew Paul Rumage, all of Mich. Interment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery in Pomona, Calif.
