Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, Arizona Published Monday, August 3, 2009 Desiree Lannis Sirevaag, 42, passed away peacefully on Monday, July 27, 2009, at her residence in Lake Havasu City. She was born on November 16, 1966 in Glendale, Calif., to Ysidro Carlos and Jo Ann (Gordon) Chacon. Desiree moved to Lake Havasu City five years ago from Hesperia, Calif. She worked as a secretary for the San Bernardino County District Attorney’s Office in Needles, Calif., for 2 years. Desiree was a very caring and giving person, who would help anyone in need. She loved her family and also loved to sing. Desiree had very strong Christian beliefs, and she loved to live life with zest. Desiree is survived by her husband, Marc Sirevaag; son, Matthew Sirevaag; daughters, Shannon Harris, Trish Sirevaag and father, Sid Chacon. She was preceded in death by her mother, Jo Ann Gordon.
