Clinton C. Collins Jr., 66, of Chino Valley, Ariz., born Sept. 15, 1937, in Atlanta, Ga., died Wednesday, April 28, 2004, at the Yavapai Regional Medical Center, Prescott, Ariz.

Memorial services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 1, at the Westside Christian Church, 5860 Williamson Valley Road, Prescott. Pastor Don Miller will officiate.

Burial will be at the Riverside National Cemetery in Riverside, Calif.

Arrangements by Hampton Funeral Home, Prescott, Ariz.
