Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, Arizona Published Friday, July 10, 2009 Sarah Ann Riordan passed away July 1, 2009, in Lake Havasu City at the age of 91. She was born on Dec. 7, 1917, in Omaha, Neb., to Ralph and Mary (Cassacio) Santi. Sarah moved to Lake Havasu City six years ago from San Leandro, Calif., where she worked as a waitress at the Kaiser Center. Sarah is survived by her son, Salvatore R. Vecchio, of Lake Havasu City; daughter, Camille Vecchio, also of Lake Havasu City; grandchildren, Kathy Pitassi, Patricia Wickman and Staci Vecchio; great-grandchildren, Justin, Angela and Lily and great-great-grandchildren, Austin, Brianne, Lucas and Alexis as well as her good friend, Gail Pistilla. Sarah was laid to rest next to her husband, Robert at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Hayward, Calif.
