Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, arizona Published Thursday, July 9, 2009 John Henry Drew, 71, loving father and dearest friend, passed away June 28, 2009, in Lake Havasu City. He was born on Oct. 23, 1937, in Los Angeles, Calif., to John F. and Adele (Paronelli) Drew. John moved to Lake Havasu City 12 years ago from Santa Fe, N.M. He worked as a paving supervisor for the Los Angeles Unified School District for 26 years and was a member of the Masonic Lodge No. 64F & AM. He was also an avid animal lover who contributed to many helpful causes. John is survived by his daughter, Kimberly Zimmerman; and sons, Kenneth and Chris Drew. A Celebration of Life will be held at Lietz-Fraze Chapel Wednesday, at 7 p.m. Words of wisdom and inspiration will be expressed by the Rev. Richard Rounds.
