The Arizona Daily Star, February 10, 2007 Peter M. Amado, 83 of Tucson, AZ passed away February 3, 2007. Peter was a World War II retired veteran from the United States Navy. He also retired from City of Tucson, supervisor, Water Department. Survived by sons, Richard Amado (Merna) and Walter Amado (Suzie); sisters, Connie Quiroz and Margaret Harling; brother, Carlos Amado; grandchildren, Peter, Richard, Louie, Marissa and Suzana; greatgrandchildren, Aaliyha and Serina. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February, 13, 2007, 830 a.m. to 1000 a.m. at CARRILLO'S TUCSON MORTUARY (North Chapel), 204 S. Stone Ave., with Rosary recited at 930 a.m. Mass will be offered on Tuesday, February 13, 2007, 1030 a.m. at St. Augustine's Cathedral, 192 S. Stone Ave. Interment to follow at Holy Hope Cemetery.
