Carmen S. Gower, 55, of Prescott Valley, Ariz. died Thursday November 18, 2004 in Prescott, Ariz. Carmen was born February 16, 1949 in New York, N.Y. to Joseph and Carmen Segreto. 

Carmen was loved dearly and will be missed by all who knew her.
