BOYKO, Edward Steve

He served in the U.S. Army. Proud of his Slovak heritage, Mr. Boyko worked at the Bethlehem Steel Co. in Pennsylvania, and the U.S. Postal Service.

Survivors include his wife of 53 years, Lois Jean (Gittings) Boyko, whom he married in 1953; son and daughter-in-law, Eddie & Patty Boyko; daughter and son-in-law, Joan & Tom Brewer; grandchildren, Luke Boyko, Melissa Grayson & husband, Ryan Grayson, Carissa & Jacqueline Brewer, Christine & Clayton Bowling, Ashleigh & Christopher Cross; great-grandchildren, Devin, Ismail, & Safia, and a sister-in-law and her husband, Tony & Marie Danko; nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a son, Michael Boyko; daughter-in-law, Maureen, his parents, John & Anna Boyko; brothers, John, Joseph, & Andrew Boyko.

Interment followed funeral services conducted at the Desert Sunset Funeral Home, Tucson, AZ, Saturday, January 20, 2007.
