Thomas P. Coates, 67, of Dewey, Ariz., born on Sept. 27, 1940, in Chicago, Ill., passed away on July 28, 2008, in Dewey. 

Graveside services will be 1:30 p.m. Friday, Aug. 1, 2008, at Heritage Memorial Park Cemetery, Dewey, Ariz. 

Sunrise Funeral Home assisted with the arrangements.
