He was born June 1, 1983 in Whiteriver. He will be missed dearly by all. Derek is survived by his children, Deja Dalton, Victoria Dalton; father, William Dalton; mother, Virginia Dalton; sisters, Delaine Nosie, Misty Dalton, Megan Dalton; brothers, Randy Opah, Blaine Nosie, Clavin Nosie; sisters-in-law, Samantha Nosie, Vergilena Opah; six nieces; six nephews; aunts, Barbara Tessler, Josette Way, Carla Dalton, Debbie Dalton, Linda Dalton; uncles, Leon Way, Monico Way, Edison Way, Wayland Way, Willard Dalton, Emmett Dalton, Charles Dalton; grandmothers, Phyllis Altaha, Althea Bonito, Dolly Guy, Shirley Altaha; grandfather, Vincent Altaha Jr.; and many other cousins, relatives and friends. Derek's body will be brought back Friday, April 28 at 10 a.m. to Virgina Dalton's residence (5513 N. 1st Ave.) in North Fork. Home services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, April 29, at the residence. Interment will be at the R-14 Crossing Cemetery in Cedar Creek. Silver Creek Chapel Mortuary of Whiteriver handled the arrangements.
