Obituary, Arizona Daily Star, 30 Aug. 2003 Rev. George R. Connelly 82, of Tucson died August 27, 2003. Survived by brother, Joseph F. Connelly; and sister, Elizabeth Rasmussen, both of CA. He was ordained for the Diocese of Tucson October 15, 1945 in Manchester, NH. He served as chaplain in the U.S. Air Force from 1954 - 1968. He has served in the Diocese since hid retirement, principally at Our Lady Queen of All Saints and St. Cyril's Church. Mass will be celebrated Tuesday, September 2, 2003, 10:00 a.m. Our Lady Queen of All Saints Church, Rosary, Tuesday, 9:15 a.m. prior to Mass. Interment to follow at Holy Hope Cemetery.
