PFEFFERLE, Nadine

The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ 05/05/2006 Nadine Pfefferle, 74, a resident of Los Chavez, N.M., died after a long illness, May 2, 2006. She was a loving mother and homemaker. Nadine followed her husband from post to post, throughout the Southwest, during his career with the National Forest Service. During this time Nadine was an avid mystery reader. She loved caring for her pets, three dogs and eight cats. Most of all she loved spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Keith T.; and her son, Gale. Nadine is survived by her daughter, Judy Pfefferle of Los Lunas, N.M.; sons, Ward Pfefferle of Albuquerque, N.M., and Seth Pfefferle of Los Chavez, N.M.; granddaughters, Lisa, Karen, and Krista; daughters-in-law, Jeni and Cathy Pfefferle; brothers, Malcom, Phil, and Larry Silva of Springerville; sisters, Anita Silva of Springerville, and Betty Burke of Calif. Services will be held at Romero Funeral Home Chapel Friday, May 5 beginning with a visitation from 10-10:30 a.m. followed by the Funeral Service at 10:30 a.m. Interment will take place at Santa Fe National Cemetery at a later date.
