Anna L. Corona, born December 3, 1915, peacefully passed away April 20, 2010.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Conrado; granddaughter, Janelle Corona, and her grandson, David Ortiz.
Her legacy lives on with her daughters, Angie Corona, Connie (Robert) Villegas, Rosita (Larry) Putman, Virginia Ortiz-Corona; sons, Joe (Jen), Manny (Theresa) and Al (Yolanda); 20 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter, Anabella, who is due to arrive on May 18, 2010.
Nana will be escorted by the eldest grandson of each family: Robert Villegas, Joseph Corona, Brandon Friend, Manny Corona, Greg Sanchez, Albert Corona, representing David is his son, David Michael, her great grandson.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, April 27, 2010, 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at CARRILLO'S TUCSON MORTUARY (South Chapel) 240 S. Stone Ave., with a Rosary recited at 10:30 a.m. Mass will follow, 12:00 p.m. at St. John's Church, 602 W. Ajo way. Interment at Holy Hope Cemetery.
