Eva Borquez Davila, 74, passed away April 13, 2010.
Preceded in death by daughter, Gina Davila; stepsons, Gilbert and Michael Davila; parents, Carlos and Maria Borquez.
Survived by her husband of 46 years, Gilbert Vega Davila; children, Dina (Frank) Mistretta, Carlos (Naomi) Davila, Alberta (Philip) Martinez, Albert Davila and Maria Davila Sianez; sister, Carmen Borquez Corrales; 13 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held Friday, April 23, 2010, 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at CARRILLO'S TUCSON MORTUARY (South Chapel) 240 S. Stone Ave., with a Rosary recited at 10:30 a.m. Mass will follow, 12:00 p.m. at St. John's Church, 602 W. Ajo Way. Interment at Holy Hope Cemetery.
Eva was a devoted mother and wife. She will be greatly missed but she left everlasting memories and lessons to keep us going until we meet again.
