EDGEWORTH, Leonora L.

Leonora L. Edgeworth, 89, of Tempe, AZ peacefully passed away March 30, 2007 at Hawthorn Court in Phoenix. She was born April 7, 1917 in Woodlawn, New York to Leo and Lucille (Wangler) Lang. Mrs. Edgeworth was a former resident of Tucson for 47 years prior to retiring to Park Regency in 1996. A homemaker and faithful member of St. Francis Cabrini Catholic Church for 35 years. She loved gardening, bridge club and church activities. Survivors include two daughters, Janie Naber and husband, Jim, Judy Brim and husband, Richard; one sister, Rosemary Schoen; three grandsons, Chris Naber, David Naber, Kevin Brim. She is preceded in death her her husband, T. M. "Mac" Edgeworth. A Funeral Mass will be held 10:00 a.m. Monday, April 9, 2007 at Holy Spirit Catholic Church located at 1800 E. Libra Drive in Tempe, AZ. Burial will take place 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, April 10, 2007 at Holy Hope Cemetery in Tucson. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Valley, 777 W. Southern Ave. Suite 301, Mesa, AZ 85212 or to the Alzheimer Association of Phoenix at 1028 E.
