Jenkins, 83, of Prescott Valley, Ariz., born Jan. 25, 1923, in Reno, Nev., died Wednesday, Feb. 22, 2006, at Bob Stump VA Medical Center in Prescott, Ariz. Celebration of Lee's life funeral mass will take place at 9 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 25, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 150 Fleury, Prescott, with a Rosary prior to the mass at the church. Private cremation at Bradshaw Crematory, Prescott Valley, Final Commendation and Farewell with military honors will be at Prescott National Cemetery later this year. Arrangements by Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home, Prescott, Ariz. ------------------------ The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Saturday, February 17, 2007 A Committal Service With Full Military Honors for Leland Jenkins will take place at 11 a.m. Tuesday, February 20, 2007 at the Prescott National Cemetery, with Gerald Caffrey, C.M.F., Bob Stump Veterans Administration Medical Center Catholic Chaplain, and the Honor Guard from American Legion Post # 6.
