Lorene worked as a baker in the Amphitheater school district for 20 years. For the past five years, Lorene has lived at Sunrise Assisted Living and was an avid reader and bingo player. She loved winning the big bingo pots (about $2) and hated losing her quarters.
The family would like to thank all of the staff and caregivers at Sunrise Assisted Living for the loving care that they have given to Lorene over the years. Among the caregivers and her friends there, she was very content. A family graveside service was held at South Lawn Cemetery on Friday, May 29, 2009.
