BRAKKE, Beth Lynn

Beth Lynn Brakke 16, a resident of Green Valley and Sahuarita all her life, passed away September 25, 2007. A junior at Sahuarita High School, she was an athletic trainer there as well as an avid soccer player (AYSO) who played each game with all her heart. She loved hunting, fishing and being outdoors. She was an enthusiastic collector of music. She is survived by her parents, Curtis and Barbara Brakke of Green Valley; sisters, Kari (Ben) Moennig of Sahuarita and Erin Brakke of Atlanta, GA; and grandparents, Dean and Marion Brakke of Presho, SD and Clifford and Ina Thacker of Tucson. Also surviving are nephew, Brenden Moennig of Sahuarita as well as numerous cousins, aunts and uncles. Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 29, 2007 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at GREEN VALLEY MORTUARY. Services will be at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday, September 30, 2007, also at the GREEN VALLEY MORTUARY with interment at Green Valley Cemetery. Remembrances may be made to the Sahuarita High School Scholarship Fund in memory of Beth Lynn Brakke, 350 W. Sahuarita Rd., Sahuarita, AZ 85629. A precious daughter and beautiful loving sister, Beth had a smile we will all remember.
