Frankie Darlene McLachlan passed away Sunday, June 20, 2009 in Phoenix. She was born on April 10, 1935, in Exeter, Calif., to George and Pauline (Moore) Bence.
Frankie married her best friend, Gary McLachlan, in October 1952, and together they made Lake Havasu City their home 36 years ago from Porterville, Calif. She was a waitress at J.B.’s Restaurant in Lake Havasu City for many years.
Frankie leaves behind her beloved husband of 56 years, Gary McLachlan, of Lake Havasu City; sons, Michael Allen McLachlan and Mark Adam McLachlan, both of Lake Havasu City; daughters, Deborah Lisenbery, of Rosamond, Calif., and Sandra Rowley, of Lake Havasu City; one sister, Pat Thompson, of Idaho; seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held Friday at 1 p.m. at the home of her daughter, Deborah Lisenbery. Thoughts and condolences may be submitted to the family at www.lietz-frazefuneralhome.com.
