Daniel Lee Bourland, 60, passed away on Friday, June 12, 2009, in Lake Havasu City. Daniel was born in El Paso, Texas, on July 7, 1948, to Georgia and Eugene Bourland.
Daniel is survived by his loving wife of 28 years, Janet; children, Holly Lee Bourland, Jay Hunter, Theresa Mares and husband Marty, and Robert L. Marlow II; grandchildren, Chelsea Fontane Torres, C. Shantell Morrow, James Daniel Lee Parkman, Siehara Headrick, Cameron Issac Mares, Amber Marlow Mares, Robert L. Marlow III, and Grayson Hunter; great-grandchild, Elijah Thompson; brother, Eugene T. Bourland and wife Norma; and sister, Rebecca Selbee and husband Dave.
Daniel was preceded in death by his mother, father and daughter, Candice Ann Marlow and best friend, Wendell Cobb.
Daniel is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and loving friends including Catt Cobb and goddaughter, Vanessa Cobb.
Daniel will be missed by all who knew him and loved him, including all of his work associates at Lowes.
A celebration of Daniel’s life will be held at Lietz-Fraze Chapel in Lake Havasu City at 4 p.m. Thursday.
