OCKERMAN, William Scott

Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona August 27, 1981 William Scott Ockerman, 31, died of a gunshot wound on August 18 at his home at Moonlight Mesa. Owner of the Sportsmen’s Center, he had lived in Wickenburg for over a year. Survivors include his wife Christine Ockerman, Phoenix; three daughters, Wendy, April, and Christy, his parent, William and Catherine Ockerman of Ohio; a sister, Rosemary, and three brothers, Dennis, Thomas, and Michael. Funeral services were held at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church on Friday, Aug 21. Burial was in the Wickenburg Cemetery. Father Thomas Boyle officiated.
