Donald M. Spencer died Wednesday, August 26.  He was born October 5, 1905 in Duluth, Minnesota.

He is survived by his wife Sarah; two daughter, Mrs. James A. Stark and Mrs. William A. Fairchild Jr.; and five grandchildren.

Contributions may be made to Shriners Hospital for Crippled Children or to the Wickenburg Community Hospital.
