The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ 05/19/2006 Margaret Blood of Show Low Arizona died at her daughter's home in Phoenix Saturday, May 13, 2006 at the age of 67. Margaret was born in Manchester, England and moved to the U.S. at the age of 15. She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Donald Blood. She is survived by four children: daughters, Sherrie Turner (David) of Eutawville, SC, daughter, Margaret Lynch (Wayne) of Elizabethtown, Ky., and daughter, Sandra Rumble (Rodney) of Phoenix; and a son Walter Blood Jr. (Sandi) of Chandler. She was the loving grandmother of 14 and great grandmother of seven, soon to be eight, and long time companion John Shaffery of Show Low. A Memorial Service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, May 20 at Regency Mortuary, 9850 W. Thunderbird Rd., Sun City, AZ. Donations may be made to Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower St., Phoenix, AZ 85014.
