WILSON, Madelon Aaron

(Maiden Name: Bell)

Madelon Aaron Wilson was born in Roswell, New Mexico on October 31, 1918, to Bart and Carl Bell. She married Marcus Marion Wilson in Roswell in 1937. The family moved to Arizona in 1940 and while Marcus served in the Army in World War II, she and her son, Edward lived in Globe, Arizona, moving to Tucson at the end of the War. Together Madelon and Marcus created a wonderful life, filled with family, friends and their fishing trips to Mexico. Marcus passed away in 2005. Madelon is survived by sons, Edward Aaron, and his wife, Donna, and Roy Marcus, and his wife, Bettye; six beloved grandchildren; seven wonderful great-grandchildren; and three beautiful great-great-grandchildren. Our family is filled with gratitude for the love we shared with Madelon and Marcus. They are and will remain in our hearts forever. Graveside Services will be held at East Lawn Palms Cemetery on Friday, July 2, 2010 at 9:30 a.m. Published in the Tucson Newspapers on July 1, 2010
