GREEN VALLEY, Ariz. - Angie Xamis of Green Valley, Arizona, went to be with the Lord on September 11, 2009. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Xamis in 1992. She is survived by her three sons, Constantine (wife, Sharon), Nick (wife, Jeanie) and Jim (wife, Cathy); six grandchildren, Kassi, Jocelyn, Stephanie, Christina, Laura and Matthew; and two great-grandchildren, Breahna and Caleb. There will be a visitation on Tuesday evening, September 15, 2009, from 6 to 8 p.m. with a Trisagion service at 7:00 p.m. in the chapel of Angel Valley Funeral Home, 2545 N. Tucson Blvd., and a church service on Wednesday morning, September 16, 2009, at 10:00 a.m. in St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church, 1145 E. Ft. Lowell, followed by interment in Green Valley Cemetery in Green Valley, Ariz. Contributions may be made in her memory to St. Anthony's Greek Orthodox Church, 1600 S. Glenwood, Springfield, IL 62704.
