Valentin Rivera Jr., May 21, 1958 - January 26, 2007, Valentin Rivera Jr., 48, of Tucson, AZ went to be with the Lord on January 26, 2007. Valentin is survived by his loving wife, Gloria Cruz-Rivera; daughter, Manisha Rivera (Antonio Ochoa) who are expecting his first grandson; son, Valentin Rivera III; a very special niece who he raised as his own daughter, Melissa (Noe) Durazo; mother, Francisca Rivera; mother-in-law, Emilia M. Cruz; brothers, David and Roberto Rivera; brothers-in-law, George (Laura) Cruz, Ignacio (Maria) Cruz and Luis (Linda) Cruz; sisters, Norma Rivera, Pauline Boyd and Isabel (Albert) Miranda; sister-in-law, Tinamarie (Gabriel) Martinez; his special angel, Angelica "Kika" Salcido and many nieces and nephews who love and will miss him. Visitation will be held on Monday, February 5, 2007 from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. with Rosary recited at 7:00 p.m. at CARRILLO'S TUCSON MORTUARY, South Chapel, 204 S. Stone Ave. Mass will be offered at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, February 6, 2007 at Cristo Rey Church, New Pascua Pueblo, with burial to follow at Monte Calvario Cemetery.
