KALKA, Katherine Arlene

LAVEEN - Katherine Arlene "Kat" Kalka, 69, died Jan. 3, 2007 at Maricopa Medical Center in Phoenix.

Visitation and rosary will be from 6 to 10 p.m. Sunday at the District 6 Service Center. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 8 a.m. Monday at St. John Catholic Church by the Rev. Tom Frost. Burial will be in St. Anne Cemetery in Upper Santan.

Ms. Kalka was born May 26, 1937 in Sacaton. She was a cook.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Agnes Kalka; a sister, Bernadette Kalka; and three brothers, Conrad, Gordon and William Kalka.
