Arizona Daily Star, 7 May 2004 R. Leal Ipsen, 71, died May 4, 2004. Preceded in death by wife, Telsa, and son, Joseph. Survived by six daughters, Nancy Gillam, Leslie Ipsen-Gilbert, Lorie Bogart, Jody Ipsen, Kelly Phillips, Telsa Collins; daughter-in-law, Linda Ipsen; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Other survivors include one brother and three sisters, G. Kaye Ipsen, M. Dearelle Isbell, A. Janiel Holmes, and C. Lynell Priece, all from the Salt Lake area. Memorial Mass will be offered noon, Monday, May 10, 2004, at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, 1375 S. Camino Seco. Inurnment will follow at Our Lady of the Desert Cemetery, Garden of St. Joseph. No flowers, please. Donations may be made in Mr. Ipsen's name to St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church. Arrangements by BRING'S BROADWAY CHAPEL, 6910 E. Broadway.
