LELAND, Mary Delia

Mary Delia (Kinnane) Leland, 91, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, February 12, 2008 at St. Patrick's Manor in Framingham, MA. Born in Worcester, MA, July 30, 1916, she was the beloved daughter of the late Margaret (Aiken) and P. Joseph Kinnane, loving sister of the late John P. and G. Francis Kinnane and adored wife of the late Albert Leland. Mary lived her life with style and flair. A longtime employee of the New England Telephone Co. in Worcester, she retired with her husband to Tucson in 1969 where this transplanted Yankee came to love her new home. She will be missed by her many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, great-grandniece and her sisters-in-law, Eileen Marie Kinnane of Framingham and Ines Ortega Kinnane of Bogata, Columbia. A Funeral Mass was celebrated on Friday, February 15, 2008 in St Patrick's Manor Chapel. Burial will be at Our Lady of the Desert Cemetery, Tucson, on Wednesday, February 20, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. Arrangements by Eugene J. McCarthy and Sons Funeral Home, 508-875-4747.
