RUIZ, Robert

Retired SMSGT USAF Robert Ruiz passed away November 30, 2009 of Alzheimer's/Pneumonia.

Survived by wife, Charleen Wilson Ruiz; daughters, Helen (Jimmy), Irene and Mary (Randy); brother, Ralph; five grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, four Cornett stepchildren, six step-grandchildren, two great-step-grandchildren, plus many other relatives.

Preceded in death by Eva (mother of three); mother, father, brother and two sisters.

Mr. Ruiz was born in Douglas, Arizona on June 27, 1927, and drafted into service in 1945, during WWII. He was a retired veteran of Korea and Vietnam.

Services at St Frances Cabrini, 3201 E. Presidio Rd. Viewing at 10:00 a.m., Mass at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 9, 2009 with Father Bob Fuller. Burial at Our Lady of the Desert, 2151 Ave. Los Reyes.
