The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ 06/09/2006 Jonathan David Theiss, 52, died June 5, 2006 at his home in Tempe. Jon was preceded in death by his father, David, and his grandparents. He is survived by his mother, Ruth, of Lakeside; brother, Mark, and his wife, Leslie, of Amarillo, Texas; brother, Paul, of Mesa; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jon's memory to RTA Hospice at 1789 W. Commerce Dr., Lakeside, AZ 85929. Private services will be held.
