Jerry Lee Davis, 39, of Lake Havasu, passed away Sunday, April 19, 2009, at his home.
Jerry was born on Nov. 21, 1969, and spent the beginning years of his life in Dearborn Heights, Mich. He grew up in Southern California, where he spent countless hours fishing, camping and skiing with family and friends. In 1987, he graduated from Pacific Shores High School in Manhatten Beach, Calif. Jerry moved to Lake Havasu City in 1989. He was known for his kindness, sincerity and sense of humor.
When Jerry first moved to Lake Havasu City, he worked with his sister Christina at the A-1 Mail Center Plus. However, most people knew Jerry as the manager of Wienerschnitzel.
He is survived by his wife of 17 years, Melanie Sudeta; three daughters, who he dearly adored, Melinda, 15, Cassidy, 10, and Nicole, 5, all of Lake Havasu City; father, Jerry Davis Sr., of Lake Havasu City; mother, JoAnn, of Davis, Calif.; sisters, DeAnna Davis, of Lake Havasu City, Christina and Don Yee, of Lake Havasu City, and Tracy Wood, of California; 17 nieces and nephews; and five great nieces and great nephews.
Jerry, to you we will not say goodbye, but until we meet again. We will miss you and we love you.
A private memorial service will be held to honor Jerry’s life. In lieu of flowers, please support your local Hospice.
