COOLEY, Dawson


Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg Arizona July 10, 1980 Dawson Cooley, 54, who had been a technical secretary 25 years for the architectural firm of Morris-Chester-Abegglen and Associates, died July 2, 1980, in Phoenix Baptist Hospital. Mr. Cooley, 1926 W. San Miguel, was a past commander of the Veterans of Foreign wars in Wickenburg, a member of the Tempe American Legion Post and Persian Gulf Command Association. He was born in Bisbee and served in the Army in World War II. Surviving are his wife, Lillian; children, Ona Tang, Trudy Root and Dennis Wincentsen; two sisters; a brother; six grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Services were held Monday at A. L. Moore and Sons Chapel of Memories, in Phoenix.
