Henry W. Truhls, 77, died Wednesday, April 8, 2009. He was born Aug. 7, 1931, in Pasadena Calif. He was in the armed services serving in Japan. Henry and his wife moved to Lake Havasu City from Bishop, Calif., 16 years ago. Henry enjoyed fishing, photography, computers and gardening. He was a gentle soul who never had a bad thing to say about anyone.
 
Survivors are wife Jackie; sons, Rick (Susie), Steve (Sandy), of Bishop, Calif.; Bill (Lora Lee) Truhls, of Lake Havasu City, Bud (Kris) Henson, of Bakersfield, Calif.; grandsons, Rick Jr., of Austin, Tex., James, of Eureka, Calif.

Services will be at the American Legion in Havasu on Saturday at 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Anglers United or the Humane Society.
